It can be overwhelming to figure out where to start your career or where you fit in at an organization. Emerald’s multi-disciplinary teams are made up of talented individuals from all backgrounds and skillsets, and we have opportunities for upcoming, new and recent graduates, and professionals looking to change industries.

Best of all, we provide unique and structured programs including internships and rotational cohorts to help you build a career path based on your skills and interests.

Multiple paths to explore



Our summer Internship program provides the opportunity to experience a “day in the life” of an Emerald employee within a functional area of an Intern’s choosing. Throughout this 10-week program, Interns will develop their professional skills while immersing themselves in the media and events industry.



Emerald’s structured one-year rotational program allows the unique space for Associates to flex their interests and skills across four business functions such as marketing, content, events, and sales.

Associates will work directly with our supportive teams and mentors to explore their passions and strengths, contributing real value and ultimately aligning with an expedited career path in the industry.



Emerald has full-time coordinator-level positions across several departments and are open to both new graduates and candidates coming from diverse professional experiences. See our current coordinator openings here:


What we Look for

We recruit from diverse backgrounds, majors and areas of study for our early career roles. Previous formal experience like internships, volunteering and extra-curriculars that develop core skills for functional areas are valuable, but we also place a high emphasis on dedication to our Ace values.

Process & Timeline

Early career positions are posted year-round as needs arise within specific teams. Apply with your resume through our portal to a specific position, and if the hiring team is interested in your application, a representative from our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to schedule an initial screening call and then guide you through the interview process.
